Join SMA in San Antonio, Texas for SMA’s 69th Annual Convention & Suppliers’ Showcase. This is a unique educational opportunity for meat/food industry executives and managers at all levels, featuring leading experts on a wide range of topics. Scholarship fundraising has become a huge component to SMA’s Annual Convention. In 2024, SMA awarded over $159,000 in scholarships to students. Our fundraising efforts during the convention include SMA’s Annual Bob Ondrusek Memorial Golf Tournament, Suppliers’ Showcase, and the “Christmas in July” Dinner & Auction.

Group discounted rate is $299/night plus recovery and resort fees [$313/night + applicable taxes].  The resort fee is discounted at $10/night and will be reflected as such in the price summary breakdown before confirming your final reservation.

*Hotel rooms sell out quickly. Hotel rooms have been known to sell out before the room block ends. There is no guarantee that SMA can block more rooms at that time.

The discounted room rate expires Monday, June 23, 2025.

Early Bird Registration – All registrations received prior to June 19, 2025 will receive a $100 off each registration. Prices are as reflected.

Cancellation Policy – A full refund will be given for any cancellation received by June 23, 2025. Afterwards, cancellations will receive a 50% refund.  No refunds will be given after July 2, 2025.
