Registration is now open for the American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) annual convention, taking place July 24-26, 2025, in Kansas City, MO. The event will feature AAMP’s largest trade show, numerous educational sessions and live demos, fun social events, and the American Cured Meat Championships. The convention is open to AAMP members only, but if you join AAMP, you can receive a free registration to the show.
