To ensure truckers you work with are treating livestock well during delivery, refer to this Hauler Expectations sheet. It includes a list of livestock handling guidelines you can send in a letter to your haulers or others who contract with haulers. You should also post it at unloading areas. This is especially important for haulers you allow to deliver to your facility after hours.
